Three 1543 mm bays run 4812 mm down a single wall, each carrying its own complete attachment set. Three athletes work simultaneously with their own plate storage, dumbbell shelf, ball rack, landmine and wall ball target. For circuit and small-group programming, that means three stations that need no reset between rotations.

Running the rig as one continuous spine along a wall is how most well-designed functional floors are laid out. It keeps the middle of the room clear, gives coaches an uninterrupted sightline down the whole rig, and pulls storage off the floor and into the structure.

At 1321 mm deep it is remarkably shallow for what it delivers — 4.8 m of fully equipped training frontage taking barely 1.3 m out of the room.
