Sprint Resistance Trainers
Speed is trainable. What most equipment gets wrong is the resistance itself — bands snap back, parachutes stall and surge with the wind, and sleds load the ground more than they load the athlete.
A flywheel sprint trainer applies smooth, linear tension through a long retracting strap. The athlete feels running resistance, amplified — the same movement pattern, just harder. Dial the load up for heavy acceleration work, back off for overspeed and top-end mechanics, and the machine reels the strap in safely at the end of every rep.
