How To Use :-
For leg press, sit on the seat and rest yours back on seat.
Secure your feet on the paddle. Then press yours legs at a time.
With fully extended legs, press the toes into the paddle and push yourself up and away from the supports and repeat.
For Stepper, Rest yours feet on footrest and start walking action. Repeat this step as per yours capacity.
Strengthen the muscles group of thigh, legs and upper body.
