The Sanguine Yellow Polypus Battle Ropes are great conditioning tools that provide a full body workout with a focus on increasing muscular endurance and cardiovascular conditioning. These ropes are great for increasing aerobic and anaerobic work capacity as well as grip strength.

Sizing Guide: Battle ropes most commonly come in three lengths (30', 40' or 50') but we also offer short lengths (15', 20', 25') depending upon the amount of space you have. The size you should get depends on two main factors: your fitness goals, and the amount of space available. If you're looking for high intensity, cardio blasting workouts, and unsure of which one to get then we recommend our 38mm thick x 50 feet Yellow Polypus. This size will allow you to go hard, maintain a solid grip, will be the most fluid and versatile, and the 1.5” grip will be the easiest to hold and use.
*Note: Shorter ropes have less fluid motion, but they allow for smaller spaces.
Battle Rope must be anchored to a smooth round surface and not around the base of the rig, rack or bench. Always use your rope on rubber or turf to prevent fraying.
